Shipping & Tracking
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are determined based on your specific destination. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.
How can I track my order?
Click here to track your order.
Enter your order number or the email address used to place your order to find your shipping updates. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email.
How long does shipping take?
After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.
Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:
CANADA: 6 to 15 days
USA*: 3 to 7 days
UK: 4 to 10 days
AUS: 6 to 12 days
EU: 6 to 20 days
Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.
*Hawaii and Guam will take longer ~30 days
There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
My package says “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or even a neighbour who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact pennyandcrewco@gmai.com with your order number in the subject line.

How do I choose the correct size?
For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.
By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
At PENNY AND CREW, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our strict quality standards.
Given the volume of orders we process each day, it's challenging for us to catch every single imperfection. (We are human after all!)
However, rest assured, if you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us at pennyandcrewco@gmail.com, describing the issue you've encountered. Please include photographs of the defect and include your order number in the subject line.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?
When you successfully place an order, we always send a confirmation email along with your order number.
Make sure to check your spam/promotions folders.
If you placed your order with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with your Apple ID.
Can I use discount codes on the launch day of new products?
We're excited whenever we launch new products and want everyone to have the best chance at purchasing them. To ensure fairness and manage demand, all discount codes are temporarily suspended and cannot be used on launch days.
This policy helps us keep the process as smooth and equitable as possible. Rest assured, your discount codes will become active again after the launch day and can be used on subsequent purchases, according to the terms of each specific code. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further inquiries.

Can I return my product?
Our goal is to ensure you're delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you find yourself needing to return an order, we're here to assist you.
